    Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for packages once they have been turned over to the postal carrier. If you wish to have more protection through the post office please purchase shipping insurance. You may contact me if you would like to add this option and I will add the cost to do so.

    For most items, and all stated, orders ship within 3-5 business days.

    **Shipping time
    Delivery within the Canada can be anywhere from 3-8 days
    Weather, customs or other factors might delay shipping - please be patient and understand I do not have control over shipping :)

    **International shipping can take up to 5 weeks depending on Customs. Usually international packages average between one and three weeks. Please be patient.
    International packages do not come with tracking. If you would like guaranteed delivery and to add tracking, there is an additional charge of $17.00.
    CUSTOMS FEES - The buyer is responsible for any customs fees.

    **Packaging
    Please let me know if this is a gift and I will wrap and pack it pretty for you. I can also ship it directly to the receiver if you like. Please send me a message with details.

    **Missing Packages
    Missing packages shipped with tracking numbers via Canada.Post are unfortunately beyond my control and will not be replaced or refunded. Please contact your local postal service. If you would like to add insurance to your package, please message me for the cost to add insurance. Packages sent within the Canada without tracking, that have not arrived, will be refunded or replaced 21 days after they were shipped.
    Once a package enters the postal system, it is beyond my control. Any missing international packages unfortunately cannot be refunded.

    ***Jewelry care - Items will not be returned and cannot be refunded for lack of care or maintenance. I offer costume/fashion jewelry and therefore it needs special care to ensure a longer life span. Please make sure you acknowledge the nature of my jewelry before purchasing. Please follow the instructions below!

    Simple steps to keep your jewelry in good condition:
    Avoid water or any liquids (perfume, lotions, etc). Clean the chains after use, with a soft dry cloth to remove skin oils and dust. Store away from sunlight, ideally on a jewelry box or zip lock bag - the sun will discolor the piece and air contributes to oxidization. Your lifestyle, climate and the pass of time will eventually age the pieces but you can try to use lemon juice or peroxide to liven up the colors.
